There are many ways to support the work of the Foundation and to help us propel outstanding young Canadians toward an international career in classical music performance.

Individual donations
Make an easy and secure donation to The Sylva M. Gelber Music Foundation using our Zeffy payment system. You can choose to give a single gift or set up a monthly donation—no amount is too small!

Donations in memory or in honour of someone
A donation to honour someone close to you, or to honour their memory, is a way to associate their name with excellence. It’s an investment in the future. We will ensure that the magic of your gift is conveyed in accordance with your wishes.

Gift of Stocks or Securities
We gratefully accept transfers of stocks and other securities. You will receive a charitable tax receipt for the full market value and, best of all, you pay no capital gains tax on the donation.

Legacy Giving
Legacy giving is a significant and meaningful way to contribute to the ongoing success of the Sylva Gelber Music Foundation and to the future of classical music in Canada. By helping to ensure our awards program flourishes and can ride the storm of fluctuating markets, you can leave a lasting legacy that will associate your name with Canada’s up-and-coming musical talent.
